The Biggest Loser (1500 calories a day?) - Page 2

I was just thinking about this earlier actually.

Here is my situation:

I am 23, and weighed 180lbs 6-8 months ago. I am now down to 155. I do 2-3 weight work outs per week, and 3-4 cardio workouts a week. I am also on my feet most of the day for work. When I lost my weight, I was eating around 1200 per day. Now I am the size I want to be. Given my workout plan, should I start taking in more calories now? I don't want to put on any more weight, but want to make sure my body does not start eating the muscle I have built.

Advise?

last week i had lost 1875 calories, so 1500 is not a big deal. If 1500 is for a slim person then its ok, but some one like me, well built and tall, then 1500 will not be enough!

Lost 1865 calories? You mean a weekly deficit? If so, that isn't much of a deficit, you'll need to be at a deficit of ~500 kcal a day to lose 1 lb a week, if that.
