As long as they're not skin-tight in the calf area or something, your probably fine. You can also look at what other people in your office wear (particularly people in more senior positions) and take cues from that. Honestly it's probably more important to think about how you're going to wear them and what you're going to wear them with (balancing hem width with your footwear, that sort of thing).

I’d buy more PBJ but can’t get down with their fits. Too much taper in their jeans. Can’t seem to find a pair with a 7.75-8” hem.

this is a fair point. it appears like theyre focusing on tapered cuts.

it looks like theyre leaving the straighter leg cuts to the iron hearts + rmcs/warhouse/repro brands.

i did just notice these new KSAI-003, so maybe they haven’t completely jumped ship on straighter cuts.

Picked these up a couple of months ago. Still waiting on some fades.

I am looking for a deep or double indigo pbj jeans but straight leg, other fit won’t fit.
It’s quite difficult to find here in France, I asked to their customer service in Japan since they are not shipping to Europe so will see.

Do you know other brands which will propose the same dye as their deep or double indigo?
I had one 10 years ago, bought in Singapour, but marriage, kids, whatever, I gave them to one of my wife’s brother who is still in his prime.
Though, I miss that electrical blue fade, beautiful jeans and classier than other.

Did hem from 37"inseam to 31" because the taylor who hemmed my pair tell me they gonna shrink in length for about 2" maximum later, its that true ? Does the leg opening still too loose ? Or is it perfect already ? Do you guys recommending another hem and alter the leg openings ?

I think the fit is perfect ! I too wear own a pbj xx-004 and I just received a pbj ex-005 18oz, I ordered pbj xx-005 but when I received them they are pbj ex-005 18oz. Anyone know what is the difference of ex-005 vs xx-005 ?
