Nah I'm a solid 40R, been in this game 8 years not planning on being kunk-sized.
Used to rep 2 plates and 110s on flat bench but I've lost a lot of strength not going for almost a year and a half but it's good to be back. Shoulders/tri/abs tonight.

In all honesty I don't work the arms since they're exhausted (just a couple burnout exercises) like you said from chest and back days. I used to dedicate a day to arms but my jawns were getting too big for jil shit.
