Nice! Is this part of their spring/summer stuff?

Just wondering.. I ordered a few vintage polos and they're a bit too long for me in xs. Will they shrink after placing them in the dryer or are they pretty much set? Thanks!

I'm pretty sure they already are restocking. The last day or two when I've checked their site theres been less stuff on sale, and new not-on-sale colors of stuff that had been on sale.

I think so. It's really heavyweight but breathable at the same time and fits well.

Very nice! Is it cotton? I didn't see it in store yesterday, nor online. Maybe I'm not looking in the right place.

Any body have the Vintage Chambray workshirt in XL or XXL?

I've got Jcrew telling me that XL chest is 51 while XXL is 54.

Not that I'm doubting them or disappointed but just want to confirm whether these measurements add up to what people have or whether there's quite a bit of variation within sizes.

Stopped by a local J. Crew last night. I didnt see anything that really stood out and it was really lacking for the most part. All the stuff that got great praise in this thread was absent from the store.

Nabbed the white Cotton/Cashmere V-neck and the powder blue (sorry, "Heather Glacier") C/C cardigan. Will post fit pix when they get in. I got them in XS and I'm usually an XS, so we'll see how their measurements hold up.

Last time I was there...there wasn't anything either. ;[

There's nothing in both of the stores I go to. One was completely bare like they were going out of business. And the other had stuff from way back and didn't even have half the stuff on the website. It was kinda disappointing because all of the women there had handfuls of clothes and they were getting them for way cheap

I can't speak specifically to the jcrew ones (I only have one and its only been washed 1-2 times so I dunno) but as a tall person I often notice my polos getting too short after a while. Probably happens when they get in a too hot dryer for too long so you could do this intentionally to shrink them a bit.

Also, it is probably fixable by a tailor if you care that much

The nearest store has a tiny men's selection. And right now the web site has little to offer me. Nothing in my size.

I am starting a new job tomorrow and to celebrate I wanted to get some new basic biz-casual wear for work. I visted my first J Crew store today and wasnt disappointed. They are having a massive sale, I got:
khaki chinos, blue cords, khaki cords, 4 button up shirts, 2 ties and a belt for $198! Thats $20/item! This should help last a while. The stuff is pretty generic but since its just for a office wear I dont mind.

If anybody can find a pair of the pale surplus (grey) 5 pocket cords at their J.Crew in a size 30x30, I'd be willing to pay to get it shipped to me. None of the J.Crews have anything and I really want these cords.
