I came across this amazing vintage desk today. It's a monster compared to the usual tanker desks.

Unfortunately my apartment could not accommodate such a desk. It costs $8k and is available at Jack Straw Filaments in Seattle.

Thanks for the info, but 8k is ridiculous for a basic desk!! I don't see how these places persist with their asking price.
