I found a set of four Danish teak chairs to go with the recent dining table purchase. The cushions could use a recovering, but I'll wait and see what else happens in the room before doing so.

Recieved this guy for christmas:

Kind of funky...flat packs down into 5 segments which are then held together with magnets until the center piece with the bulb socket mounts in place.

My dining table is from the same company, so the yellow matches perfectly (I don't think I could have two different bold yellows in the same room...)

A couple of recent finds:

Vintage Bang & Olufsen Beolit 609FM transistor radio (FM, SW, MW, LW). Near-mint condition, serviced by an old B&O technician.

Vintage teak shelving unit, made in Sweden. The left half rests inside the right half and slides to adjust the width of the unit.

^Thanks. I had to completely rearrange my living room, but it's worked out great.

I just found a nice Eilersen sofa for a great price in the classifieds...

I just missed a pair of Barcelona chairs for $300 ffffuuuu.gifffffuuuu.gif The ad said that they were "very old", and he clearly had no idea what they were. I'll just have to tell myself that they were probably knock-offs (even though the photos looked like they were authentic frown.gif )

Eilersen is very well renowned (at least here in Denmark) and from my experience most of their stuff is made for Vikings 180cm and over, but that style is very popular here for some reason.

The Barcelona chairs are stamped with a signature, if they are genuine, if they were the real deal 300$ would have been a bargain.

I'm still kicking myself for not buying a 1970 Eames lounge for 1200$, it had to be refurbed, but even after that I would have been a good deal.

I check Craigslist every single day for an Eames Lounge and I have never come across the actual thing:(
