Seen this NY rooftop house? Article with more pictures: http://nymag.com/homedesign/fall2008/51155/ Looks like something more than your average rooftop garden NO?

Are there any more pictures of it around? I'd be interested in some interior shots. Okay, found them. The interior isn't my cup of tea, but the garden is great!

Holy wow

I used to live right on that corner (Broome & Centre). The building across the street, with the dome, is the old police headquarters. It's now residential. When I lived in the hood, I would see Calvin Klein at the Landmark Coffee shop down the block.

I think it's no coincidence that the owners of that apartment have a roof gardening company. It's gorgeous. The interiors are pretty nice too. It makes me nauseous to think what that place costs.

That old police headquarters is one of my favourite NY buildings. I would love to get inside one day.

I've always been fascinated by rooftop gardens.

I aspire to a rooftop cactus garden.

It doesn't say how many bedrooms. I'm sure there are others here who could hazard a more accurate guess, but I would think at least $5 or $6 million.

Not sure either but here's the apartment across the street in the second pic. 30MM.

That place has a lot of potential but needs a LOT of work. It's pretty ugly as it is now

Agreed. Spectacular space, horrendously ugly looking furniture.

Look at this place right next door.

This neighborhood has some pretty incredible architectural gems
