^ Thanks, i'm really excited. These are literally the best magicians on the east coast (outside of NY and Florida) so it was a real honor to be put on the bill. Obviously it's a pricey affair (time for the infamous black suit) but if anyone in the area has some money to burn it will be a world class magic show. The headliner Alain Nu (who has been a bit of a mentor to me) is quite brilliant. A lot of what he does would be better then Blaine or Angel.

lulz. Yeah my dad lives right in Rockville, and he was really excited when I told him about the event - but then he found out it would be 5 bills for him and has girlfriend.

"I didn't mind 5 dollars for High School talent shows, but you're on your own now."

Needless to say my family will not be attending. But I know there are some wealthy SFers in DC! Mauro, you got plans for monday?

I'd come too if not for the exorbitant ticket prices... Plus i'm voting for McCain. But I enjoy masochism.

Good to hear from you Oliver. I should still be performing at Mauro's opening party so you can catch me there. I've got a few projects in the works, so you should see me performing shows (affordable ones) in the area more often. Here is a promo video for headliner Alain Nu. I (without bragging) know how the vast majority of magic works - I have no idea how any of Alain's stuff works.:

Wow, that is an amazing line-up!

If I was in the area, I'd certainly be there.

I'll be looking forward to seeing some pictures.

Barak is gonna need a magician if he's gonna come through on his campaign promises and not destroy the economy.

Live, from French-speaking socialist paradise in Canada, it's GQg33k...

Is there a magician who can take away those feelings you've been having?

Neato! I've been wanting some Voodoo dolls for years. If you do special orders and accept payment by paypal, I have a few I'd like you to make, "incant," and FedEx overnight to me.

Let's start the list:

1) Kim Jong-il
2) my Department Chair

umm... there have to be more; I'll think of them and email them in the "subject" area of the payment invoice.
