I was never a gum chewer, but after a sudden increase in cavity production, my dentist advised me to chew gum sweetened with Xylitol after every meal. It's good gum, but I hate chewing gum in general so I brush after meals and only chew the Xylitol gum when I can't brush soon after eating.

If one wants to be rid of food particles, I suggest retiring to a place of privacy and flossing.

Woah, I do too.

Too bad I buy gum by the pack of 60.

I know the aspartame's probably not that great for my health, but I really cbf to go find a gum with natural sweetener or sugar.
