I have an attractive co-worker who flirts with me and does things to drive me nuts including:
1) Telling me one day she is not wearing a bra
2) Asking me to drive her home after work one day, then changing to go out, asking me if I see any panty lines, and then telling me she is not wearing any underwear under a relatively short skirt
3) Same night applying skin cream right in front of me well up her legs
4) Nearly sitting on my lap in my office when I needed her to look at something on my computer screen
5) Telling me very sexually explicit information about what she likes and does not like
6) Has suggested we should share a suite (2 bedrooms) at the company retreat
7) She set me up with a friend of hers, assumed we slept together then told me she is better in bed than her friend.
The list could go on with other minor items.
A few notes to consider
1) we work for a small firm (30 employees)
2) she is lower than me in the food chain, but in a different section so we never directly work together
3) she is 10 years younger than I am (she is in her mid twenties)
What would you do and if the answer is to "not dip the pen in the company ink", how would you nicely tell her to tone things down?
