Can a white man with semi-wavy hair get Takeshi Kaneshiro's hairstyle?

Do you think a white man can pull off takeshi kaneshiro's hair styles? In most of the pics I've seen him in, he seems to have wavy hair, yet I only have semi-wavy. My hair is a little thick.

I think a picture would be helpful.

He really has multiple hair styles so it depensd on which
short and spiky i would say no because caucasian hair is not as stiff as asian hair
but his wavy, longer styles would be more than easy to accomplish if u grew it out

I'd say absolutely, if you grow it out.

Really depends on the texture of the hair. A guy with thin, fine hair isn't going to obtain the same effect or volume.

If you haven't grown your hair out before, you may find that semi-wavy becomes wavier with a little length.

I don't know what look OP is going for but this is another style Kaneshiro has had before. Is this style possible without actually being wet? I heard it's possible with mousse or something but I don't know one type of product from another. So if anyone knows anything about hair... how would you go about doing it? Might look something like this completely dry. What would you specifically tell your stylist?
