"Mediterranean" chicken breast (breaded and covered in herbs/spices) Fettucine alfredo Half of a turkey, tomato, lettuce, cheese sandwich Strawberry rhubarb pie FRESH APPLE CIDER!!!!!!!! I almost like apple cider more than Bergdorf's chicken salad.

Difficult to get the brine right. Only a few people can do it well, and most of the time, it's homemade by people who only do it as a side-business at least in the U.S. There used to be a local person who did them very well, but she died.
