kept it simple: served it with sugar snaps i'd steamed really quickly to brighten, then turned in pork drippings and shallots. little lemon.

I had one this past weekend that was made with a buttered garlic bread. I'm pretty sure they sprinkled it with a little salt before grilling, and damn that was fantastic.

The painful truth. Although, thankfully, vegetarians still eat cheese. I wouldn't dare try dating a vegan for the life of me.

I just made rabbit last night for the first time, too. Damn tasty stuff.

Boat noodles were good. It was 3 meats--I think there was also pork and a beef meatball.

Went to this place here called the iberian pig and...uh, pigged out. Wild boar albondigas. These calamari stuffed with now I forget pork cheeks with truffle oil and a poached egg and sauteed onions....had a ford cocktail to kick things off.

Oh yeah and jamon iberrico and some chorizo with an espresso aioli. The latter...wasn't terrible I was surprised.

I liked it, the lamb.

Easter dinner one day late. Pomegranate-glazed lamb loin chop with cumin-scented carrots and greens. Wine nerds can spot the bokeh'd label.
