I get the urge to make bagels every once in a great while. It's all about the Kitchen Aide stand mixer

Haha!

It is very close in term of the taste except it is more intense and has a more lemoney aroma and is a little minty. When this is not available, I usually substitued with traditional basil which is a little sweeter.
