No, we made bagel dough, wrapped dogs in it, boiled and then cooked in the oven. It was very good.

I get the urge to make bagels every once in a great while. It's all about the Kitchen Aide stand mixer

Haha!

It is very close in term of the taste except it is more intense and has a more lemoney aroma and is a little minty. When this is not available, I usually substitued with traditional basil which is a little sweeter.

Part of dinner, a light butter cream sauce crab. The wine we had are better than the food.

Beautiful night out tonight, so I tossed some steaks on the grill and had steak sandwiches on french rolls, sprayed with olive oil and toasted on the flame. With brie cheese and tomato, and a side of corn.
