I went "Outback Tonight". Because even though I live in NY, sometimes you need to give in. Wasn't bad! Although I questioned whether sangria was an authentic Australian drink.

Tonight was a Persian chicken sandwich, made with chicken marinated in onion, saffron, olive oil and lemon, then grilled. Served on soft, thick bread with just a touch of sweetness. On the side was a diced cucumber/pepper/tomato salad and a fiery Afghan chutney.
