^^ Along similar lines, it's still pretty warm where I am to cook a multi-course meal, so made a simple pasta: dropped spaghetti into the pot, and in a bowl mixed some diced tomato, olive oil, garlic, scallion, italian tuna and a bit of grated parmigiano. When the pasta was cooked, I just tossed it with the 'raw' sauce. Fast, filling and tasty.
