Flank with a chipotle pepper marinade and grilled veggies (scallions, red pepper and tomato) with balsamic vinegar. Grilled veggies +BV are always my fav

Wild Edibles in NYC. They have a couple of locations. Their fish is very good also. Prices on oysters are fairly good for the quality ($2 to $3 each) though their fish is a little pricey. They had a dozen different types of oysters from both coasts last week. The Third ave location has these eat-in "Oyster Riot" specials, I think 2-6PM where you can get a dozen oysters for $12 and a small flight of decent beer/wine for an extra $3.

Sushi tonight. A nice chef's sashimi plate with fatty salmon, tuna, makerel, yellow tail, and some other fish I didn't recognize; a roll with sea urchin and crab meat; some pork gyoza; and a fat can of Sapporo. I stuffed.

4 th attempt at home made pizza. Pineapple, bacon, ham, mushrooms (dont ask, the gf). 3 out of 4 have been failures. I used the trader joes premade ball of dough.

Having problems getting the crust to be crispy all the way through. This one came out almost raw on the bottom despite cooking for almost 15 minutes @ 425.

1. HOw do I cook it so that its not raw in the middle/bottom
2. is it because we are putting too many toppings on
3. I am using a pizza pan, but not one with holes in it
4. should I pre-cook the pizza crust, then put topping on and cook it further?

Thanks
