4 th attempt at home made pizza. Pineapple, bacon, ham, mushrooms (dont ask, the gf). 3 out of 4 have been failures. I used the trader joes premade ball of dough.
Having problems getting the crust to be crispy all the way through. This one came out almost raw on the bottom despite cooking for almost 15 minutes @ 425.
1. HOw do I cook it so that its not raw in the middle/bottom
2. is it because we are putting too many toppings on
3. I am using a pizza pan, but not one with holes in it
4. should I pre-cook the pizza crust, then put topping on and cook it further?
