More Passard: baby beets, leek, green apple, green tea.
The leeks were unimpressive (maybe I overcooked) but one of the bites of apple was phenomenal. Not sure if it was the horseradish combo (which surprisingly really works with apple), tea, soy sauce, or something else in the juices but that piece of apple tasted better than all the rest.
And thanks for the reminder about brussel sprouts. Just bought a bag and plan to make that exact meal above.
