Butter Poached Lobster Mitts, Glazed Acorn Squash, Tarragon Chips, Saffron Vanilla Sauce.

No. I just think mitt sounds nicer than claw. I've seen the phrase used on many menus.

Went to Beauty & Essex downtown. The front for the restaurant is a used guitar shop. Every guy had a beard and every girl looked self-satisfyingly upset. We were definitely the least cool people in the building.

But the food was pretty decent. Baby back ribs were just okay, but the bone marrow and brioche appetizer with plum sauce was fantastic.

I think having two kinds of radish on a single plate is a bit of overkill.

And FWIW, I call lobster claws "mitts" as well, but Matt is certainly not a fan.
