How is farmed turbot and how difficult is it to debone?
you filet it like any flat fish. So, slightly tricky unless you know how. it requires a flexible knife.

It's a fairly simple fish to fillet. You can also cook it whole if you have a turbot pan.

Am I the only one with a prejudice against tilapia?
Nope.

Tilapia is the boneless skinless chicken breast of fish.

Not to say that I don't occasionally eat it, but it's certainly not top of my list when I'm looking for fish.

I'd consider tilapia merely untasty except I once got a horrible case of food poisoning from it. I now think of it as unredeemably vile.

I don't think I've ever had tilapia.

Were you polishing your monocle as you typed this?
