I had slowly cooked goose breast, roasted potatoes and green pepper sauce. Fantastic game meat.

 

I'll be having it again tomorrow so I'll get some pics

I think they are going to switch to these "Green Circle" birds. It's a shame that not many restaurants (Daniel, EMP, now possibly Per Se) are continuing with FSH's stuff. I think it's dandy.
