What did you eat last night for dinner? - Page 1568

I like to grate fresh garlic in with a microplane. Less time and hassle than mincing, and more flavor.

I had some great guacamole at Bar Ama last night and it had some finely minced red onion, but it wasn't mixed in, just a handful on top. I might try that next time.

I made baked ziti on Friday night, and it was unashamedly delicious.

I have had three zins in the last seven days
post #23513 of 24802
What were they and did you like them?
Let's see, one was a kenwood, one was a bargetto, and one was soquel. My dad loves zin.

They were all good, the barghetto probably the best.

Seghesio makes some really good Zin. I also like Pisoni Gary's vyrd and Gauthier.

I looked it up, it looks pretty good. The price is pretty great. When I get back I'll call them and see what kind of wait list they have

Had the restaurant to myself yesterday for most of dinner. You should go. It's great. 25 with a bunch of beer.

chicken looks beautiful, great color.

I had some amazing tomatoes last night. Non acidic, sweet but not cloyingly sweet. Just perfect.
