yes, there still is a long tail to that trend. as they say, "putting the f in fusion". or more like "putting the wt-f in fusion".
every time i see a menu like that, i realize that all those hipster-fueled charcuterie trays are a definite step up

I cut each piece rather small. 2 or 3 bites in total. I ate that and an omelette yesterday. Was not particularly hungry.

A healthy amount for my build. Some days I eat a lot, some days I eat a little, usually dependent on my activity levels. So each week tends to balance out.
