Simple stiry fry onions, mushrooms, Asian greens, marinated tofu and fresh Brocoilli from our vegie garden. Nice simple meal, tonight South Indian Coconut/ Tomato curry let it slow cook for a few hours just the thing for the cold weather.

Made some "bruschetta." Roasted grape tomatoes, roasted garlic, chopped basil on toasted baguette.

Depending on how much one likes garlic, the toasted bread can be rubbed with a halved clove. Roasted is very good too.
