The Kitchn had a very good dressing for salad nicoise a while back. I made it (super easy, basically put everything in a food processor) and gave some to two or three people and they can't get enough of my "secret recipe."

Had a good-ass dinner last night for the 4th. Made some ribs that Piob wouldv been proud to call his, cebollitas (I love the fuck out of those things) Red Bliss Potato Salad, grilled corn, vanilla-rhubarb pound cake and maybe something else. Everyone left happy after having my meat.
