The Kitchn had a very good dressing for salad nicoise a while back. I made it (super easy, basically put everything in a food processor) and gave some to two or three people and they can't get enough of my "secret recipe."

It was actually the first time I've eaten/made a lobster roll. I was pretty happy with it.

I have one of those metal froggy Mandolines and also a Beniner and they can both do that. The stupid "V slicer" that I bought years ago cannot. It really can't do much of anything. mad.gif
