Chef,

Your recipes sound very cheffy. Are you a chef?

The no frisbee thing might be a deal killer.

Thanks for the suggestion but really thick pieces of meat seem to confound me. I might try that with a ribeye though.

Sunday we did carne asada tacos, grilled artichokes, and shrimp ceviche. Made ratatouille last night with eggs on top. Will probably have the rest with rice and an herb salad tonight. God I love summer eating.

did a salad nicoise with tuna steaks. Not sure if better with canned tuna. Also trying to arrive at my preferred dressing. Went with blend of olive oil, red wine vinegar, chopped chives and parsley, salt, pepper, garlic. Not sure if it deserves some lemon juice and/or djion. Maybe chopped oregano.

i dislike those plates for the urinal aspect, but I could totally go for some beef right now, and that particular example look great..

and my beef desire is despite having had a steak recently, 2 or 3 weeks ago (with some SFers!)

But you can't Piob the rim on that bowl. It's all about the negative space.
