Thanks for the suggestion but really thick pieces of meat seem to confound me. I might try that with a ribeye though.
did a salad nicoise with tuna steaks. Not sure if better with canned tuna. Also trying to arrive at my preferred dressing. Went with blend of olive oil, red wine vinegar, chopped chives and parsley, salt, pepper, garlic. Not sure if it deserves some lemon juice and/or djion. Maybe chopped oregano.
