^^How did you prepare the salmon? I think I would have a problem chewing on such big pieces of herbs though, I feel like a light sauce would negate that though.

It's cured in sugar/salt/spices and then just warmed in olive oil. The vegetables are in a light vinaigrette, and the herbs (fresh oregano, actually satisfied.gif) are quite tender, so not really an issue.
