AEK, didn't you say the pepper grinders/mills from IKEA were decent? I bought one and all I can get out of it are non-uniform giant chunks, even at the finest setting. Faulty product?

I can vouch for the model I have. Glass jar, ceramic mechanism. Got 4 for like $20.

this is beautiful but the second dot of sauce is bigger than the third (and possibly the fourth). In a restaurant or catering setting, I would be forced to send this dish back frown.gif

Have any of you tried online shops for morels? I can't find any here. Even emailed a professor of mycology

They symbolize the swaying of the stalks in Provençal fields; sun-drenched, lavender-flecked, almost Japanesely magical.

/attempt at Chuckian prose. My head hurts
