The egg is off-putting, and I'm not sure I like how the truffles are placed on the fourth dish. Otherwise, you are making progress!

Mike and Matt really delivered. Hard to pick a favorite dish. At the moment, I'm thinking very fondly of the foie gras chestnut faux-loute.

Spaghetti aglio e olio for a late breakfast. The extra thick spaghetti (cottura 13 minuti) were perfect for it.
