yes and no. i made gratin a couple of years ago (cooking for vegetarians:fu:) -- made a bechamel with a load of leeks and wild mushrooms, folded in the spaghetti squash, topped with breadcrumbs and gruyere and baked until brown. amazingly good (considering it contained spaghetti squash). of course, it was better when i redid it and added slivered prosciutto, but ...
