Cuit à la broche?

A thick italian marinara with sliced sausage, crispy pancetta, mixed olives (sliced), pepperoncini, green peppers, and capers.  I'm on a low carb diet, so no pasta for me...but the sauce was thick enough that it was absolutely delicious and thoroughly filling.
