Steamed mussels and lobster

Had steak n shake today. Overcooked meat but better than five guys. Meat at shake shack is consistently cooked better and uses better meat. I took a picture but it's kinda gross.

Maine uni. Also had a Santa Barbara uni. Was not a fan of the overly creamy texture




Overall ok but not a fan of the style of Shari. Too dry and under seasoned. Rice had a nice give tho and the fish was decent.
