Yes. Nevertheless I think food in Louisiana generally sucks and also think Cajun and Creole cuisines are overrated. I fear no reprisal.

Very good. I'd buy from them again. I wish the English translation of the book said to peel the eggplant, however. It's a good recipe though. Not sure why it's in winter.

I wasn't aware they printed an English version.

Anyway, I found these artichokes at the farmer's market yesterday. I didn't even think you could grow them here, but when I saw them, I knew I had to make this recipe.
