It's good, eh! A friend put some on the grill at a recent bbq and I thought he was joking. Seems that it is a popular camping snack in Japan.

Ceviche! Now I'm jonesing. Good thing there's a fantastic place for it 10 minutes from home and it's cheap. Think I might have sent some of you a pic from their patio; fantastic views.
