One of my favorites: garlic injected pork tenderloin seasoned with cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper. Brown on all sides on frying pan, then add white wine, chicken stock, mushrooms or eggplant, a few cloves of garlic, fresh cilantro; then finish everything in the oven until internal temperature of about 145 F. Eat over a bed of white rice. Steamed veggies optional. It's easy, nutritious, and delicious. I make variations of this every week or two.

Trying to eat light for a few days- I was going to starve myself but I broke down when I saw the mushrooms in the fridge and knew they'd go bad soon.
Sauteed shallots in olive oil and then added mushrooms and some sherry it was soooooo good.

Christened a new Sitram pan by making some Goat curry with basmati rice.

Discovered that cooking goat stinks up the whole house for quite a while.

That sounds great and I have all the ingredients except the tenderloin in the fridge right now. Thanks for planning tonight's dinner.

Marinated prawns in olive oil, Pastis, lemon, garlic(just a little), salt, pepper. A Carbernet d'Anjou worked great with it.

Shrimp (marinated in something my wife mixed up. I'm not sure of the exact ingredients) in whole wheat pasta.

2 glasses of a Viognier. I can't recall which one right now. I'll probably have the rest tonight.

I have to say that I wish I could afford to eat as well when I was home as when I am traveling.
