It is, or at least it is his presentation of a pretty classic combo. Underneath is slow cooked eggplant. On top is roasted peppers and marinated anchovies. Great.

Edit: I don't have his recipe, but I've had it a few times at Ateliers and made it from memory.

I remember your really interesting thread on your experience at FCI. Which course did you take? I intend to do one of the eight session classes after the knife skills.
