I got a text msg replied from a girl and she refers herself as "little old me" on her text msg. What is that mean?

This is just a cutesy little way of saying "it's me!" while simultaneously fishing for affirmation that she is more important to you than she really is. Just reply "Phhhhh.....little 'ole you? You're not little!" and see where it goes from there.
