You guys should learn to take advantage of a situation like this.
Clean him up, buy him a tuxedo, and have him drive you around......in return he gets to live in your carport.
You may also consider buying him a trumpet, so that he an sound off every time you enter a room.

Don't piss him off too much. Just poke him until he froths at the mouth and leave before he bites you with rabies. Eventually, he will be annoyed enough to leave. Besides, if he knows how to wire a car bomb, things could get really ugly.
