For those of you that want to eat actual fish, be careful. Make sure it is from clean waters (hard to find) and not farmed. Farmed fish are cheaper, but they swim around in their own feces and are much higher in omega-6, not to mention they taste awful. They actually dye farmed salmon pink and if you compare it to wild salmon you'll notice a huge difference.
