I am in on this, I did a little too much in September, and know when I get back home at thanksgiving break i will go nuts. This will be tough but I am going for this.

Does it count if you put a deposit down on something in September, but have to pay the rest in October?

Totally in. University stole my cash, bought lots of early autumn stuff in September. Need to save a bit of money for November (and Christmas I guess).

Ok, I know this may sound odd but I'm in even though I just purchased a new pair of PS Ricard boots. However, this shouldn't be held against me since I was ready to buy it last night but just couldn't find it on-line stateside. Thus I had to ask the experts in the official PS thread and since the reply didn't came about until today, I'm counting this as a September purchase. So yes, I'm definitely in for this month.
