They have other options as well, many with an instant price of $99. This is a loafer, but I think it would be acceptable for your needs and is a versatile shoe that can fill many roles.

Anybody know anything about Bert Pulitzer? I have a lovely tie I inherited from my father, 100% silk, Made in the USA, and would be interested in learning more about it. I checked google but didn't see an online presence so I don't know which stores would stock it. Thanks.

I've seen spam used as "a useless, or dumb" post.
And
Troll used as Someone who conducts the above

and when a troll is trolling, he is excessively doing the above?

Am I missing anything?

Thanks, and i'm asking in all seriousness.

troll: those that ask questions that are provocative, obnoxious, ridiculous... just for the sake of having fun

spam: posts that aim for profit gain (financial, page views for the website...)

people misuse those words a lot though

Blazers/Sport Coats/Suit Jacket always have a breast pocket. Those that don't have breast pocket are modern/contemporary modifications, these should only be worn with jeans and such...

Is there a possibility that a breast pockets be added by a tailor? This is a houndstooth blazer.

I have no clue, it will not be easy. But it will not gonna be a big surprise if some skilled tailor can do that. You can call your local tailors/alterators to see if they can do so...

Anyone have experince with Oxxford Shirts? there's a few on ebay claimed to be made by kiton which confuses the **** outta me. (thoughtheir buttons do look very kitonesque)

I've always had an apprecaition for everything oxxford and would love to try a couple shirts, just cause.

If they do indeed have a current day shirting operation, do they do any MTM/ custom?

thanks,

Wanting to buy something cordovan to wear across the formality spectrum, from sports shirt and chinos to odd jacket and wool trousers to suits. What style shoe will provide the ubiquity I'm looking for?

It's used for ... nothing (besides authentication). The folds of Hermes ties are sewn together using a single thread without knotting, thus creating that characteristic loops (in both ends).

Quick question...

I'm going to an art exhibition tomorrow and Peter Saville-graphic designer will be there and just wondering what to wear...jeans and hand rendered tee-shirts or something a bit more smarter...
