ive heard good things too. Keep in mind that the tan on any bag will turn darker with age and wear. ALthough I completely understand refusing to settle for something you desperately want and can't manage to find. I bet you can email them and see if they do MTO?

Med. Gray Suit, Lavender Shirt, Navy Grenadine Tie, White PS w/ sky blue edge. Does it work?

I'm new to the site and have been looking around the classifieds for some new suits/blazers.  How do you measure a jacket?  I have one that fits now and is labeled 38R but have had it altered and was wondering the correct way of taking the measurements on it so I can compare to items listed in the classifieds.

It's likely okay, but it's difficult to give you a definite answer without seeing a picture.

Hello. I plan to order few shirts and want to know what colar suits me better. Does it have to do with height? shoulder width? or shape of face?

The shape of your face.

There is the line of thought that the collar should compliment your face shape,

i.e.: http://astorandblackblog.com/2009/12/01/the-best-collar-style-for-your-face-shape/ for example

That said, I think a medium spread or point collar is pretty typical and looks decent on everyone.

When I was helping a friend go through her deceased husband's clothes and I found a Bradley Jons for Gruner and Co jacket with removable liner.  It seems to be pretty good quality.  Does anyone know anything about this brand?  Google doesn't bring up much for me.

I have a pair of cordovan vintage Dexter wingtip, the cobbler ended up resoling the whole thing for me for free. Long story short, after a few wears, I noticed that part of the leather has "cracked," I can get some pictures tonight.

But is something like this generally fixable?

You mean on B&S here on Styleforum? Scams seem relatively rare, especially if you buy from anyone with a decent post count. You can protect yourself by not using the "gift" option on Paypal, even if you have to pay a little extra. Protection through Paypal is pretty good.

For the how: you private message the seller, then you send them money via Paypal to whatever email address they tell you to. Then they send you your swag. Pretty straightforward.

Do you mean the new leather sole has cracked? If yes then you can just get it resoled again I suppose. If you mean the leather upper has cracked I'm afraid there's nothing much you can do about it.
