Hold them to your lips (I'm serious). MOP feels much colder than plastic.

Do you have to buy jeans with the gift cert? I am a Bonobos fan, but in my opinion the denim is their weakest product line.

Tying into the button commentary above,

what's a good source for horn buttons? I'm looking to replace some plastic buttons on a couple of SC's.

I just got some from Benno's Buttons that look pretty good.

FWIW, i think the socks do make a difference, as minimal it maybe. My feet are not hurting if I wear this thin pair of socks I have albeit OLD. Perhaps that is why it is so thin lol8[1].gif

Probably a question of shape rather than roominess. It's not the socks. Different lasts fit feet in different ways, I would guess that the #8 last is just wrong for you.

well aware of all that, but is there really no socks thinner than gold toe i can purchase? lol8[1].gif

should i be looking a different blends?

Pantarella makes thinner blends. Psycho Bunny makes thinner socks as well.

Pantherella makes a particularly thin sock. I believe they call them 'business socks' very fine gauge knit. I like them a lot for summer and for my most formal suit days.

Cross post: I wanted to start a new thread so I don't get crucified for posting these crappy cellphones pictures (among other things) in the tailor's thread. However I think they give a general idea. Also, it is all I have, as I am currently at work and will be here for the weekend, but would like some feedback on a fit of a jacket since I have it here with me now. Please help and overlook the fact that the pictures aren't really up to snuff. My main focus is the shoulders. Click on the pictures for enlargement. Thanks in advance!

Opinions please on tie choice with the following:

Dark navy suit, dark brown shoes/belt, white dress shirt.

I was thinking of an orange or green tie. This will be for spring time.

How about some picks of potential tie options. Of the bat, I'm thinking no on the orange or green...

Either would work fine, depends on the shade and material.

It can be either really bad or just perfect.

I like green personally

I think orange and navy work fine together. Need pics though.

I am in need of 1-3 new scarves and 1-3 pair of gloves. Do they need to match? I guess it's difficult given the used fabrics. They do need to work together though.
I got a black pair of leather gloves.

Can anyone give me a few recommendations.
Budget, I am not sure yet.
