Can you post a quick picture of the suit?

I went with a blue large herringbone patterned shirt, it turned out pretty good actually.

where can i get good quality women's brogues?

Carmina. Mind the size though, I bought my GF a pair of Trickers Stow look-a-likes from them and they where way to small, even though I took her boot size.

I don't think there is any such rule that can be applied across all brands and all lasts. The only way you can know for sure is to try a pair on.

Is this suit jacket too tight? Its a slim fit, the shoulders are perfect, but my pecs are a bit big and i notice there's an X forming around the button.

Noob question
The labels at the back of some of my ties have sharp edges. They're not as sharp as a blade, but have tiny little spikes which damage the ties. Should I remove them?

Is there a thread on here that discusses how to properly condition and waterproof a leather jacket? Or could anyone recommend a method?

Gold tone is fine. Roman numerals are okay. I'm not crazy about the watch face. Check out some Seiko 5s in that price range. Doubtful anyone will think you are trying to appear rich.

Thanks. I actually realized the case is brass, not goldtone, which makes me happy -- and explains why i didnt think about it at the time. Brass is more 'rugged' looking. There arent any discussions about brass watches at all on SF.

Hi,

I usually prefer shoes with a more of a narrowish toe, can you give me your opinions about the following Bals.
  1. Loake ALDWYCH
    http://www.herringshoes.co.uk/produ...&shoeid=2388&selectedSizeid=0&selectedFitid=0
Although not as highly rated, in my opinion it is a very attractive shoe and the cap toe is not as short/small as the Park Avenues.
  2. Cheaney Sloane, http://www.herringshoes.co.uk/produ...3&shoeid=858&selectedSizeid=0&selectedFitid=0

I tried hard to convince my self about buying the AE Park Avenues, but somehow the (smallish) toe bothers me.

Thanks
