Google "albert slippers". They are most likely velvet rather than suede, and aren't really meant for heavy wear. Various retailers sell them - C&J, Shipton & Heneage, Del Toro.
Alternatively try googling "wholecut suede loafer". That should return proper shoes with goodyear-welted soles rather than slippers. Most English shoe makers should offer one, though often with a floating medallion. G&G's version is pretty bitchin' and I daresay they'd make one for you without the medallion.
