In other words, forgetting the event, does this outfit work (burgundy and grey)? Or should I go with the black/grey? I would also add in the fact that it's partly an outside meeting, which makes me wonder if I should wear socks or not.

Thank you very much.
Burgundy loafers and gray odd pants are a nice combination. Do you have a light blue button- down collar shirt?

Is it inappropriate to have mismatched pants (solid grey) and vests (super-fine houndstooth)?

Thanks

Your groomsmen are going to be mistaken for the waiters. Don't do this.

I do, but it's not the greatest. I think the collar is off. I could be wrong, though. I'll post a picture:

(the shirt isn't dirty, but the mirror needs a bit of a cleaning!)

Thanks

It's inappropriate to wear pants and vests without a jacket, so you can do whatever you want.

I would like a bit of feedback on this suit.  How does it fit?  Should I have used a different tie color?

I was so focused on how horrible an idea it is to dress everyone in matching groomsmen's uniforms, that I failed to notice the awful "without a jacket" part. Good catch.

Yikes, can anyone answer my questions real quick? It's almost time to go!

No to be impatient, but I still don't know what I'm doing.

That shirt does not have a button-down collar. I am not a huge fan of the contrasting buttons, but I think i like it more than the white shirt. I suppose either one is fine with the gray pants and burgundy shoes.

Does anyone know whether is it possible for a tailor to alter this pair of tuxedo pant's hem width? It has a satin stripe which i'm guessing can be very tricky. They are currently measured at 22cm, I need them at 19cm.

If the lining pocket label of a jacket says Super 100s:

and if the other lining label says Super 150s:

is this a mistake on the manufacturers part? or is super 150s part of super 100s?

Where on the lining pocket label does it say "Super 100?" I see that it says "100," but mightn't this just as easily refer to it being 100% wool?

You are right. Only says 100. So does that mean 100% wool?

Yes, see the way it describes the lining as "cupro 100" - i.e. 100% Cupro. Same would apply to the description for the outer fabric - i.e. 100% wool.

I need some medium to dark grey pants to wear with a navy jacket. I was considering the bowery in heathered cotton or charcol wool from Jcrew, but they'll take to long to ship there's some sort of delay.

Can someone reccomend somewhere else to buy pants from or any good brands? I don't want to spend more than 100$ if possible, and I'm looking for something with some texture, so no chinos.

I am going to need my suit for a graduation party, and I need to purchase a new tie and shirt for my suit. Besides, I am not good at buying ties or matching shirts with ties and PS. I am going to wear black shoes with this charcoal, lightly striped suit.

PS: Ignore the ugly tie and the shirt.

What kind of tie and color should I be looking for?

Thanks in advance!
