For those new to rum, a few "must trys" (I have all of these in my cabinet except the HC 15):

Sipping:
- Old Zaya (Guatemalla) (+1 on this observation)
- Zacapa 23
- El Dorado 12
- El Dorado 15
- Vizcaya
- Pampero Aniversario
- Diplomatico Reserva
- Havana Club 15 (too expensive but great)
- Flor de Caña 18

Mixing:
- Cruzan 2 year old
- Pusser's Navy Rum
- Pyrat XO

Anyone ever try Bermudez Rum? It's the best..
