Avoid the dodgy website Yesstyle.com which sells Korean-style clothes

I discovered this website called Yesstyle.com, which is said to be a new branch of Yesasia.com. The only difference is that the first one sells Korean-style clothes & accessories while the latter one sells books and CDs. Since the Yesasia.com works fine, I decided to buy several clothes and bags from Yestyle.com.

The whole experience is a nightmare. When I browsed through Yesstyle.com, the website showed that everything I want was in-stock. It said that most item will be ready to dispatch within 1-3 days, and the rest will be ready to dispatch within 7-14 days. But after I placed my order, the status of everything in my order was "searching from supplier", which means that they had none of them in stock in fact. After 3 weeks' searching, it appeared that 9 out of the 12 clothes that I bought were out-of-stock. I placed my order and paid on 2nd Sep., until now my orders are still being held because they've been searching for the last item on the list, and Yesstyle.com said they will only refund to me when they ship out my order. I tried to cancel my whole order but this website simply declined to do it without any decent explanation.

Apart from the above, since Yesstyle.com failed to deliver my order after 3 weeks, I found that one clothes in my order is now on sale on their website. I phoned their customer service to ask them to adjust the price for me. When I first called, I spoke in Mandarin and the girl who answered the call rejected my request immediately, and they pretended that they didn't receive my request letter. However, I called again after 30 minutes and repeated my request in English, this time the same girl went to her manager and they adjusted the price for me in 3 minutes.

For everyone who come across this website, I suggest you to think clearly before you buy anything from them. This website is really really dodgy. I won't buy from them again!

That's too bad. I think a lot of people around here have had better experiences with them.

I noticed that too. I would never order anything from them but I was trying to make the guy feel a little better. Where is the emoticon for 'glimmer of hope'?

I've ordered from them once. Like you almost all my items were canceled because they could not be located. It was just a few shirts and two belts. The shirts I wanted as beater shirts for weekend wear so if they got stained with bike grease while working on my bike or beer spills from a little partying it isn't a big deal. I ended up with just the belts and they actually weren't bad for really casual outfits. http://www.yesstyle.com/en/Product.aspx?pid=1011124521 Anyways I doubt I'll try to order from them again. And for anybody who is thinking about it stick to just basic things since the quality is questionable.
