The boudin blanc was very good... the 2nd best in the DC area that I've had, the 1st being from Marcel's which was made with some foie gras.

I loved Ziebold's beef cheeks and the pork belly from Cafe du Parc was awesome. Anyway, some photos I managed to snap:
