The belt (and while this is pure speculation, might further assist you in making determinations based on internet imagery) is made of an animal who was of great importance in his social subset. This magnificent beast was raised in the finest farms, held in regard amongst his peers for having amazing tiles (similar to having good hair, I suppose), full of depth and texture, full of gloss.
