Also, a lot of the STF Barba's seem to be made for the American market. They are "slim fit," but they don't have darts like the ones I got elsewhere. About two inches wider in the waist, which sucks I'm going to have to slim down some of mine at the tailor. That's the worst that can happen.

Not afraid of trying on shirts gaiz lol8[1].gif

The one finamore I tried on was tentlike but I'll try on others, I tend to not like their patterns as much.

Jrd fwiw I tried on some slim fits that did have darts at Ian's which clearly fit better. I'd probably still have them taken in a touch at the waist.

As someone who's bought 10+ Barbas from STF in the past year plus, my experience is that the darted ones are listed as "extra slim" and non-darted ones as "slim" under Fit in the General Info tab. The real good news is that that Ian+company at STF have done so good with the measurements that with those, plus the inference of darts, has let me select the right shirts almost perfectly (occasionally shopping specifically for non-darted versions when the trim shoulder/chest was already slim enough).

ps - if you want slim, buy that dang crazy-slim Finamore in my sig (not from STF) icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

To add to the confusion there were regular slim fits that had the darts. I didn't dare try on the extra slims which I'm pretty sure fit smaller everywhere.

The one I tried on doesn't have the fit listed on the site stitches so probably full cut.
